Brain Cake

Keeping with October and the Halloween spirit, I thought I would share the brain cake that I made 6 years ago for our Halloween pitch-in when I worked at Calumet.

Under the Hood: Red velvet cake with blood-red cream cheese frosting. The wrinkles of gray matter were doing with fondant and covered with seedless raspberry jam. Terrifying but yummy!
